Not only is the Capital Region steeped in rich history, it is boundless in beauty.  But much more than that, it is home.  I love living in the Capital Region and would love to show you around.  Whether you are thinking of buying or selling right away or further down the road I would love to visit with you to help you get a plan in place.  I am a "boots on the ground" kind of agent.  I spent the past 20 years in Accounting/Finance and have been an avid real estate investor.  I decided to take my passion for real estate to the front lines so I could help others make better and more informed decisions.  Understanding the market, value analysis, identifying potential issues, marketing, staging/design, negotiation and straight up project management are among the many things I will bring to the table.
